Deacons Hong Kong was awarded the 2007 Asia Pacific Firm of the Year by UK publication Legal Business at an awards ceremony held in London on Thursday, 8th February 2007. It was the first time an Asia based firm has won this highly prestigious and coveted award. The Asia Pacific Firm of the Year award recognises "the outstanding firm in any given country within the region". Deacons wins third international award for 2007
March 2007 saw the publication of the fifth edition of The International Who's Who of Business Lawyers and the announcement of the Who's Who Legal Awards. Deacons was awarded the "Hong Kong Firm of the Year" for 2007. This is the third international Firm of the Year award Deacons has won in 2007.
