Deacons acted for Shun Hing and Edward Wong in Shui On Land listing 26 September 2006 Shui On Land has issued its prospectus in connection with its listing plan on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange. The share offer is arranged jointly by HSBC, Deutsche Bank and JP Morgan, with an offer size of about HK$6.2 billion. In preparation of the proposed listing Shui On Land and its certain subsidiaries had entered into various restructuring and strategic investment agreements with a number of companies owned by the Shun Hing Group and the Edward Wong Group. Deacons’ team, led by Ronny Chow of the Corporate Finance Practice Group, acted for Shun Hing and Edward Wong in these pre-IPO restructuring and strategic investments.
